Today, The Veg Take will take a look into Costa Vida’s vegetarian and vegan options. Costa Vida is a Mexican fast-food restaurant. In a similar matter to Chipotle, Costa Vida creates your burrito, salad, taco, ect. as you order. Costa Vida was founded on Mexico’s Pacific Coast, but their headquarters were in Utah’s Wasatch Front. They now have locations all over the United States, as well as in larger cities in Canada and the east.
Costa Vida allows you to choose and select the best ingredients for your taste. Burritos, salads, enchiladas, nachos, quesadillas, and Baja bowls can all be made vegetarian. Burritos and salads can be made vegan by using the Tomatillo Cintro Sauce, holding the cheese, and eating the rice.
